Ordered in Nov but still not received oven and when I contact the chat live function, get fobbed off with copy and pasted info from the website with no real personal response. Incidentally ordered a different ooni oven from Selfridges the next day and that arrived within a week but the accessories I need to be able to give it as a present are tied up in the ooni order which apparently I’ll receive before Xmas..! Not impressed. Would recommend the Ooni product but advise that you buy it elsewhere eg Selfridges and avoid buying from Ooni direct.

Totally frustrated with Ooni and their awful customer service also. I too ordered the Ooni Pro oven and a number of other items in November sale. All were available (not preorders) and would be dispatched in 3-5 days. I received multiple tracking numbers for GLS in early December and of course the small items arrived the week before Christmas but no oven. Chasing and chasing the Ooni team and just keep getting passed from customer service agent to customer service agent with false promises and terrible vague answers. I will be asking for a refund as this was for a Christmas present that has been ruined now. This could all have been handled much better. Everyone is aware there is a pandemic and there can be delays/issues but I have received items ordered in mid December with other companies all over the world so the delay can't be put down solely to couriers. Ooni need to take responsibility and apologise for their failings here. Too many disappointed people because of their failings.
Just as an update 23/12, I've been asking for details of where my shipment for the oven was and if they would deliver it before Christmas. I was given assurances it would be. I have now been given a refund for some of the money I paid, (still to receive refund for one of the accessories I ordered), 2 days before Christmas Day, which will take up to 7 working days to reach my account. So now I have no gift for Christmas Day and no funds to scramble out to shops to get a new gift. Congratulations to all the people who did receive their orders in time. I'm not sure how they got such helpful customer service agents when all of the ones I was dealing with were incompetent dishing out canned answers with no actual information received. The order is still sitting in The Netherlands, never handed over to GLS despite being promised it would be out in time and to sit tight. I don't want to ever hear of Ooni again.

Ooni 16 was not heating the stone quickly…

Ooni 16 was not heating the stone fast enough....customer service (Tara) worked with me on various fixes and finally recommended blowing out the gas line with compressed air and they sent me a new gas hose and regulator for free! That worked perfectly and stone now heats up at the correct rate. It is wonderful to have a company that stands behind their product and their customers.

Fantastic pizza oven that has brought…

Fantastic pizza oven that has brought lots of joy. Great fun inviting friends and serving pizza after pizza the whole evening. Easy to use and very stylish. Customer service has also proven to be world class. Broke the glass pane by mistake a few weeks before a pizza party and they shipped out a replacement to save the day. Thank you, a true fan.

Wonderfull pizza

I guess, apart from the delivery negatives on here (not my experience) all I have is 100% praise, we have tried pizza in the oven to no avail, since receiving this as a birthday present, it has transformed our pizza making efforts for the much, much better, perfect pizza every time, I am now known as pizza Mik, my only negative is that everyone wants me to cook them pizza. The Ooni app is amazing at giving the recipe for delicious sause and dough ???? Kudos, amazing Scottish brand.

Misleading Delivery Times - Poor Service

Ordered 17/4/21 advised 1-2 weeks for delivery. Received email 29/4/21 advising my order was being received in their warehouse that day and would be dispatched within 10 days. Received contradicting email 8/5/21 to say my order was still in a que and to check website for shipping info, I checked website and the only update is to say orders placed after 20th April are currently being shipped. Clearly not accurate as I’ve received no notification of shipping and my order was placed before the 20th April. Still not received any notification of my order being sent to date.
They are clearly happy to advise misleading delivery times and take your money. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent service by Tara Smith! Unfortunately there was a delay in shipping the Ooni oven to us (out with Ooni’s control) and we weren’t guaranteed to have it for my brothers 30th birthday!
I spoke to Tara and she ensured the oven was dispatched quickly and it arrived in perfect time! Tara kept me up to date and was extremely helpful reassuring me she would get it to us for him to have in his birthday!
Great customer service!

Love it

The Pizza made with this oven ist straight outta heaven. Love it.
Had some issues with the door hinges but the Support was very Nice and i Got an New Part very fast.

Wanted information on converting my…

Wanted information on converting my Uuni 2S from wood pellets to gas. Contacted Katie at Ooni who was really helpful and put me onto the website link to order the bits I need. Only down side is that they are out of stock until end of next month...one of the problems of being so good! If it was rubbish they'd have loads of them. But hey just have to carry on using the wood pellets - the pizzas are so good it would be silly to go without whilst I wait.
Anyway Ooni were really helpful so if you have an issue do not hesitate to contact them - they'll see you right.

Bits missing and no help

Received a Fyra 12. No flame guard in box. Tried chat and agent asked me to check if it was at my neighbours to fob me off!!! Waited 3 weeks for delivery, came with part missing from box and cannot talk to anyone about it. Really frustrating. Let's see whether or not the tickets get answered - 3 days SLA for faulty product?

I love cooking with the Ooni oven! So useful with a wide variety of applications. I ordered some additional accessories and the shipment was not delivered. I reached out to the Ooni staff anticipating a lengthy process, but the issue was completely resolved with that one call!! Scott Harris

They don’t rectify faulty goods sold

After a glowing review after their amazingly quick response via email, all I can say is don’t bother with ooni. If you have an issue, you’ll be left waiting and waiting.
All I need is one screw. They have sold me an oven, costing hundreds of pounds, that I can’t use because one screw out of 16 is too short.
10th March I was told an order had been made for replacements. When I heard nothing after 2 weeks I contacted them again to be told there had been an issue with the order at fulfilment. The order was cancelled and another made. After waiting the 7 working day period they say it can take to hear about delivery, I contact the person who dealt with the issue when nothing came. I get a standard email telling me they have had lots of orders over Easter.....quite how that effects an order from 10th March is beyond me.
They’ve happily pocketed my money, and clearly they now don’t want to know.
Go buy your pizza oven from another company if you actually want to cook on it. If you want to spend hundreds of pounds to look at a pizza oven then ooni is for you.

You say I have received the screws. I have not. I have received an email saying they have been dispatched, however the tracking on Royal Mail says they are unable to track the number. I most certainly have not received anything. My post hasn’t even been delivered today.

Customer Service - Best of the Best.

Recently I had an issue with the propane electronic starter on the Ooni pro. I could make it work, but I decided to contact an Ooni customer experience agent to see if they could help me repair it.
They went well beyond any of my expectations to finding a solution. They were timely, friendly and helpful. They truly wanted to get me back to making great pizzas.
Every company's customer service should be this good. Thank you.

Cool product!

The pizza oven was delivered on time and on schedule. Great product so far (only used once).
Unfortunately other parts of the same order were delivered later and that was a bit confusing. Communication was unclear for me. Had to check and ask for updates, but 1 week later everything was delivered! All and all a good experience.
